What technology stack does XIMS run on?

XIMS is built on modern frameworks with PostgreSQL, Redis caching, SignalR for real-time push, and a Next.js front-end. Background workers handle polling, config backup, customer sync, and alarm escalation. All deployments are containerised and cloud-deployable.

Is XIMS multi-tenant?

Yes. XIMS supports multi-tenant deployment by zone, with role-based access control (RBAC) by employee. Operators see only their assigned zone or region — SuperAdmin overrides are fully audited.

How does XIMS secure credentials?

AES-256-CBC encryption with prefix-tagged ciphertext is used for every stored credential — OLT passwords, MikroTik API keys, payment gateway secrets. Rotation does not break the index. No plaintext credentials anywhere.
